Belt Washers

Belt washers are ideally suited for processing parts with smooth surfaces or continuous contours that are easily drained. Parts free of pockets which can trap fluids are commonly processed in flat belt washes integrated into automated production lines. The system is readily interfaced with existing conveyor lines and equipped with a variable speed drive for production line synchronization. Belt washers are frequently used in the automotive and powder coating industries for washing piston heads, brake pads, brake calipers, gas cylinders, compressor coils, aluminum extruded parts, pre-treat systems, and dunnage. They are an excellent choice for a variety of parts and industries.
